We do not drop equipment and leave. Each service includes drawings or a mapping sheet, commissioning records, and a named service engineer.

Fire hydrant system

Design and install of underground mains, yard hydrants, internal risers, terrace tanks, jockey and main pumps, and diesel backup where required. We pressure-test the network and leave a valve schedule with the facilities team.

Extinguisher programme

Detection & alarm

Smoke, heat, beam, and manual call points on conventional or addressable loops. Panels interlock with access control, PA, and HVAC where the client’s BMS allows.

Maintenance & AMC

Yes. We inspect condition, spare availability, and code gaps, then recommend repair, retrofit, or replacement rather than forcing a full rip-and-replace.

We prepare drawing sets, test certificates, and walk the inspector through hydrant and detection points when contracted to do so.
